Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept cancellations after purchase and before shipment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable at the time of shipment. Please contact us within 14 days of product arrival and return the item to us. However, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products with scratches or damage not attributable to our company's fault
Products for which we have not received any communication for more than 14 days after arrival

[In case of defective products]
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of product arrival and return it to us cash on delivery within 14 days.
Shipping costs for returns of defective products will be borne by us.
After confirming the return, we will ship a replacement for the defective product at our expense or refund the purchase price.

[In case of customer convenience]
In the case of returns due to customer convenience, such as a discrepancy in image with the product ordered, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price, provided the product is unused and in good condition.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee at the time of product delivery and return, as well as the cash-on-delivery fee. Even if the purchase amount is 12,000 yen or more, the refund will be the amount minus a 1,000 yen shipping fee.
In the case of a refund, we will refund the difference in the round-trip shipping fee at the time of product delivery and return, as well as the cash-on-delivery fee.
