How can I pay?


You can pay by credit card, PayPay, convenience store payment, bank transfer, or post-payment (Paidy).

We provide services both in Japan and overseas.

How long will it take to ship the product?

Ships as early as the next business day. Normally: We will ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping situation.

Are there any membership registration fees or annual fees?

There are no membership registration fees or annual fees.

Can I change my registered address?

If you wish to change your "delivery address", please register it under "Register delivery address" on your My Page. I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue it by clicking "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. If you have forgotten your email address, please contact our customer support.

Is it possible to return it?

We will handle returns for unused, unopened products if you contact us within 14 days of purchase.
