Why is the number of participants in such an entertaining and educational sport decreasing?
I think there are many reasons for this, including a declining birthrate and aging population, rising prices, and old customs.
It is said that the number of people playing baseball will continue to decrease in the future.
We've spent most of our lives with baseball.
The good times, the sad times, the happy times, and the painful times.
We want to make the baseball world and the sports world that created us better.
With this strong belief in mind, I founded this company.
Our mission is to create valuable services and products,

Origins
Representative Hirohata was plagued by injuries and retired from baseball as a professional player.

After retiring from professional baseball, he will work as an employee at that company.
What was it that I truly wanted to do?
Of course, my biggest dream was to become a professional baseball player.
Now that dream has become impossible.
What do I want to do?
I felt that at the very least, I had to give something back to baseball, the sport that had raised me.
I started volunteering to teach baseball to kids.
On holidays and after work, I would coach baseball teams and sometimes even travel to the countryside.
When I was teaching as usual,
I received a thank you from my parents.
At that moment, I became convinced that my activities were "helping someone."
This incident prompted me to quit my job and pursue a leadership career.
Then, in November 2019, we founded a baseball school in Yao and started Amazoning.
About our business
Amazing's business activities include three areas: baseball school management, sports equipment manufacturing and sales, and media management .
All of our businesses are baseball-related and are aligned with our mission and vision.
We will continue to expand our existing businesses and develop new businesses with the goal of "creating a world where all baseball players can prosper."
School management business
The sports school management business operates baseball classes and online baseball schools.
At our baseball school, we provide customized baseball instruction, mainly for elementary and junior high school baseball boys and girls.
Baseball is not about forcing set theories on children; rather, instruction should be tailored to each child, as they have different habits, physiques, environments, and other things they have developed over the years.
That's why we offer semi-customized lessons with individual instruction , rather than large group lessons.
We currently have four stores: two in Osaka, one in Nagoya, and one in Kumamoto (scheduled to open in March).
Our online baseball instruction is used by a wide range of players, from elementary school students to professional baseball players. We currently have over 650 members , including customers from not only Japan but also overseas.
Sporting goods manufacturing and sales business
In the sporting goods sales business, we handle everything from our own brand development, branding, sales strategy, and retail distribution. We are currently developing the following two products.
HEAD RUN BAT
The HEAD RUN BAT is a training bat designed to increase swing speed and distance .
By shifting the center of gravity extremely close to the head, the 95cm-900g weight and length creates a natural turning motion. You can experience a head movement that cannot be achieved with a typical training pad .
It is available in both adult and junior sizes , so it can be used by a wide range of players, from children to adults.
GET LINE BAT
The GET LINE BAT is a training bat designed to improve hitting power . Its striking surface is like that of a shuttlecock, and by trying to hit the ball with this flat striking surface, you will naturally develop a "swing that hits the ball along a line ."
Also, if you don't make a good swing , the ball won't fly properly even if you catch it, so you can tell whether you're making a good swing just by checking the ball you hit.
We will continue to listen to our customers' needs, never compromise, and create products that will be loved by our customers for a long time.

Media Management Business
I manage a YouTube channel and social media accounts, with a total of over 200,000 followers. I manage the "Minoruman Channel" , which mainly broadcasts baseball techniques, the "Women's Baseball Amazing Channel" , and the "Baseball Girl Sasagawa Moe Channel" .

President and CEO: Minoru Hirohata 
In junior high school, he played for All Hirakata Boys and won the Giants Cup. At Osaka Toin, he played at Koshien as the second batter and second baseman. In his third year, he became the captain. He then went on to Asia University, where he won the Meiji Jingu Tournament. After graduating from university, he joined the JR Central baseball team. He began working as a baseball coach in 2019 and founded Amazing Co., Ltd. in 2021.
Sports Business Department Manager and Yao School Principal Shoichi Hirohata
In junior high school, he joined All Hirakata Boys.
He attended Kosei Gakuin High School and played alongside Giants player Hayato Sakamoto.
After that, he coached baseball mainly in the Kansai region, and in January 2021, he joined Amazing Co., Ltd. from its founding and served as principal of the Sakai school. In January 2023, he became head of the Sports Business Department and principal of the Yao school.
Sports Division Sakai School Principal and Chief Trainer Hiroki Hisamatsu
He is a former member of the Meitoku Gijuku High School baseball team. After entering university, he began working as a trainer with the aim of raising the level of baseball training. He supports Meitoku Gijuku High School, Tokai University Kofu, and Kinki University High School, as well as Hanshin Tigers infielders and Tokyo Yakult Swallows pitchers. In January 2021, he joined Amazing Inc. from its founding and serves as chief trainer.
Director: Tobinari Fujiwara
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Doshisha University. Joined Funai Research Institute Co., Ltd. as a new graduate, where he was involved in consulting for logistics companies. He then moved to AbemaTV, where he gained experience in product development, marketing, and sales in the advertising department. He then joined CyberAgent's advertising agency business, where he provided marketing support to major national clients as a salesperson. He joined Amazing Inc. in August 2021.
Product Development Department Brand Manager Shidai Hiraoka
In junior high school, he played for All Hirakata Boys and won the Giants Cup. At Chiben Wakayama, he played at Koshien as the fifth batter and first baseman. He then went on to Kansai University and served as captain in his fourth year. After graduating , he joined Central Japan Railway Company. He then worked in product development, marketing, and sales at Ballpark.com. He joined Amazing Inc. in January 2023.
