Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept cancellations after purchase and before shipment. Also, please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact us and return the product to us within 14 days of receipt. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Products damaged or scratched due to reasons not attributable to us
Products for which we have not received any communication for more than 14 days after their arrival

However, please note that the 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to products purchased from retailers.
[In case of defective products]
If the delivered product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us collect (cash on delivery) within 14 days.
We will bear the shipping costs for returning defective products.
After confirming the return, we will ship a replacement product at our expense or refund your payment.
[In case of customer convenience]
If you wish to return a product due to customer convenience, such as a discrepancy between the product and your expectations, we will exchange it or refund your payment only if the product is unused and in good condition.
Please note that you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees at the time of delivery and return.
Furthermore, in the case of a refund, we will refund the difference in the round-trip shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees incurred at the time of delivery and return.
