The secret to its crisp feel
-
FEATURE 01
Turning the tide of pitcher-dominant games
ULTIMUS's ideal is "a bat that allows any player to hit a home run." To achieve this, we designed it to excel in both "maneuverability" and "distance." Additionally, it features a "grip shape" designed for ease of holding and uses carefully selected "North American maple." This is the ultimate bat, bringing together all of our meticulous attention to detail.
-
FEATURE 02
Made from hard maple wood grown in cold regions
The bat material used for ULTIMUS is North American maple. Maple trees that grow in cold regions take a long time to grow, so they have a dense, fine grain. Bats with a dense grain have high "rebound power" and excellent "durability." Each ULTIMUS bat is carefully crafted using only the finest selected materials.
-
FEATURE 03
BFJ mark certified by the Bat Industry Association
In official games for university students and above, the use of wooden bats is mandatory. Bats without the "BFJ mark" printed on them cannot be used in official games. ULTIMUS bats have the BFJ mark printed on them, so they can be used without issue in official games. High school baseball players, with the introduction of low-restitution bats on the horizon, can also use them for games. Furthermore, for highly motivated junior high school players, practicing with a wooden bat from an early stage allows them to incorporate the unique flex of wooden bats into their swing.
